Once you have placed an order, we will process your order within 24 hours and send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply drop it off at your nearest USPS location. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

You can cancel/modify your order if you have yet to ship out your product to our studio with the provided shipping label. Once shipped out, we cannot guarantee that we can modify your order. For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.
You will receive the completed photo files within 3-5 business days of receiving the parcel at our location, depending on the package you have decided to go with. For full details, refer to our Terms of Service.

A category refers to the classification of the product you want photographed such as “Leather Goods,” “Heath & Beauty,” or “Jewelry.” Once selected, you will see the subcategories within this category.
An asset refers to the subcategory of the Product Category you have selected. For example, if you select “Jewelry” as your Category Type, you will be prompted to select between Bracelet, Earings, Necklace, Watch, Ring, Brooch/Gem as your asset type.
Each product can be photographed from up to four different views, allowing for a comprehensive visual representation. Additionally, you can select from two tiers of retouching to enhance your images based on your needs, ensuring the highest quality presentation of your product.
Our current lighting options include different shadow fall off sizes (Rim, Small, Medium, and Large) and opacity levels (High, Medium, Low). Reflection previews will be available in the near future.
Choose from 34 popular preset colors or enter your own HEX code for a fully customized background.
Let us know which social platforms and online vending sites you plan on using your images for. Our file format can be exported to meet all your digital media needs.
We guarantee a fast 3-5 business day turnaround time. Once our studio receives your package, we will review your specifications and any special instructions and get to work. Once the images are photographed, it will go to our retouching team and once they pass Quality Control they will be in your inbox in no time.
When shipping your product to us, please ensure that it is clear what we are photographing. For example, if your product is a set of items, please package them together so that we don't have to do any guessing. If products are not obvious, we will have to reach out to you and will not be able to guarantee ad 5 day turnaround.
We shoot your product in our studio with professional strobe lights and capture with our medium format 100 MP sensor studio camera. Our quality is unmatched. Few eCommerce photography studios in NYC have access to the high-end equipment we use. The average megapixel quality used is 30-45MP. We go beyond the industry standard to bring the best photography to your fingertips.
We use a science-driven approach. Each photograph you receive goes through our meticulous process that consists of photographing each product multiple times at all focus points. These images are then combined using software to create a singular perfect image.
Once we have photographed your product, we add the background color and shadows in post production.
Standard Retouching includes background and prop removal, color accuracy and correction, basic surface retouching, and object alignment to ensure a clean and professional look. Advanced Retouching includes everything in the Standard Tier, with additional enhancements such as shape correction and warping, dust and scratch removal, and imperfection or damage correction for a flawless final image.
Use the prepaid USPS shipping label sent to your email to mail us your products. Track your package using the provided tracking number.
Return shipping is available as an optional add-on during checkout for an additional fee. Please note that all products will be unpacked/unwrapped for photography, which may affect their ability to be resold. Additionally, products with a value lower than $25 is not recommended for return shipping as shipping costs may be higher than the cost of the product. We offer a two-week holding period after your products have been photographed, allowing you ample time to review your images and request revisions before the items are shipped back to you or discarded.
All orders are completed via USPS Ground Shipping (1-7 days depending on location.
Rush shipping is currently unavailable.
We encourage you use the images you receive in any way you want, wether it be your online store, email marketing, or print. Please note that we reserve the right to use the photographs for marketing purposes.
Our fast and efficient digital delivery system ensures that you won't have to wait for physical delivery and can access your photos as quickly as they’re completed. A download link will be sent to the email associated with the order.
Once you have received your download link via email, download the files via WeTransfer, a safe and secure file sharing service. Please promptly download your files from a computer; link is valid for 90 days. The download link can also be found in your account under the “Orders” section
Whether you are selling on Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, etc., we got you covered. Make your selections on our platform before adding to cart.

At this time, tracking exactly what step of production is not available. However, you can track if your package has been delivered to our studio. Once delivered, images will be sent via email within 3-5 days.

Our photography services are not subject to sales tax. In most states- excluding Hawaii, New Mexico, and South Dakota- professional services, including photography, are considered non-taxable since they do not involve the sale of tangible goods.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment methods. Additionally, we offer Buy Now, Pay Later options for added flexibility. Payment must be completed before we begin processing your order.
All promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to change and may be discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
To redeem a gift card, enter the unique gift card code at checkout. The gift card balance will be applied to your total, and any remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

To join our loyalty program, simply create an account on our website. Once registered, you will automatically start earning points on eligible purchases and activities.
Earn 10% cashback points every time you make a purchase. The number of points you earn is based on your order total before taxes and shipping. Points are automatically added to your account once the order is completed. Please note that e-Gift Cards and Return Shipping are excluded from earning points.
